Welcome to the Fall Newsletter.
As always, we remain highly active on behalf of our members. Our goal is to continuously represent the interests of rheumatologists and their patients through ongoing meetings with multiple stakeholders. We succeed thanks to the amazing engagement of our members. To continue with this momentum, I invite anybody who has a specific interest to either join a committee or let us know of potential new projects.
I think our biggest news is that we continue to plan for the May 24-26, 2019 ORA Annual Meeting which promises to be an important academic and networking event with much to offer for all of our members. We have secured several internationally renowned speakers, and have developed a program which will make this a landmark meeting for the year. Please mark your calendars now for this event which will take place in the GTA.
We have almost completed a process for inviting external IT developers to tender for our Informatics project, and by 2019 will have the technology to provide real world data to inform our own practice and develop comparative outcome data.
Enjoy the Fall Newsletter and find within more details on these and other active projects
